Salma Ravat - CEO

About me:

I am a founder member and CEO of One Roof Leicester. I have over 20 years experience of setting up and running voluntary and community organisations, and have worked in the homelessness sector for 15 years.

I am a strong advocate for partnership working and sharing ideas and I have worked hard to build strong working relationships with local and national organisations including with those that deliver front line services, policy makers and organisations campaigning for change. I am also passionate about bringing different faith and community groups together to tackle social inequalities.

I ama Trustee of Homeless Link and Cranfield Trust, a Leicester Homelessness Charter Management Board member and sit on De Montfort University's Civic and Community Engagement Board.
